We offer Stroller Strides at Centennial Park on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday mornings of every month. We also offer Stroller Barre at Centennial Park on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. We meet near the playground.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day

Body Boost

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60 minute results based, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Boost is for moms only (no children at class please). If you are pregnant or less than 4 months postpartum, be sure your physician has cleared you for high intensity exercise prior to participating.

Body Ignite is a one stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and more energized. FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms to be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60 minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training and end with a relaxing mediation: everything you need during this precious time!

Tuesday evening class alternates between Fit4Baby and Body Ignite. Refer to online schedule. Body Ignite is a low impact strength training class and is also pregnancy friendly!

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 8 week session includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Please bring water, a mat and sweat towel. Resistance band required for class..

Run Club+ 8 Week Training Program $119 Purchase required to enroll

8 Week Run Club+ Training Session includes:
  • Virtual Launch party with training overview and goal setting

  • Private Facebook group led buy a certified FIT4MOM Run Club Coach
  • Coach led virtual warmup recording shared each Friday morning

Join us as we kick off the new year with a free Body Boost class! After class, we will head out for a quick bite to eat and catch up!

Our evening classes are kid-free so leave the little ones at home! Class will meet at the Pearland Rec Center downstairs in the Activity Room.
