Classes
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Boost is for moms only (no children at class please). If you are pregnant or less than 4 months postpartum, be sure your physician has cleared you for high intensity exercise prior to participating.

Tuesday evening class alternates between Fit4Baby and Body Ignite. Refer to online schedule. Body Ignite is a low impact strength training class and is also pregnancy friendly!

Run Club+ 8 Week Training Program $119 Purchase required to enroll

Course has virtual warmup listed as 7 am on Fridays. Warmup will be shared as a recording and runs can be completed any time your schedule allows.
Winter Session starts the week of January 26th and is training for the Run Houston Minute Maid Park 5K/10K/Half Marathon on 3/23/25. Race is optional and not included in registration
Current FIT4MOM Pearland monthly members, class pass holders and previous Run Club+ participants save $25 off registration. Member/repeater discounts cannot be combined with other discounts
