Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day

Combining cardio, strength, core and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60 minute results based, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Boost is for moms only (no children at class please). If you are pregnant or less than 4 months postpartum, be sure your physician has cleared you for high intensity exercise prior to participating.

Body Ignite is a one stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy-to-follow strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you! Body Ignite is just for moms (no children at class please).

FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms to be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60 minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training and end with a relaxing mediation: everything you need during this precious time!

Tuesday evening class alternates between Fit4Baby and Body Ignite. Refer to online schedule. Body Ignite is a low impact strength training class and is also pregnancy friendly!

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Grab your favorite gal pal and join us for a FREE Gal-entine's Mashup class in Pomona! This class will feature a taste of Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost. Stay after class for a Valentines themed craft and playground time.

Space is limited and advance registration and waiver are required. Children 5 years and under must be seated in a stroller during class.

Our evening classes are kid-free so leave the little ones at home! Class will meet at the Pearland Rec Center downstairs in the Activity Room.

8 Week Run Club+ Training Session includes:

• Virtual Launch party with training overview and goal setting
• Digital Running Resource guide with detailed training plans, customization tools, running tips, nutrition info, suggested gear and cross training support
• Private Facebook group led buy a certified FIT4MOM Run Club Coach
• Coach led virtual warmup recording shared each Friday morning
• Weekly emails covering a variety of running topics
• Personal check ins
• 5 class pass for other FIT4MOM classes to be used during session dates*
• Access to FIT4MOM On Demand Run Club collection during session*

Course has virtual warmup listed as 7 am on Fridays. Warmup will be shared as a recording and runs can be completed any time your schedule allows.

Winter Session starts the week of January 26th and is training for the Run Houston Minute Maid Park 5K/10K/Half Marathon on 3/23/25. Race is optional and not included in registration
