Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

First week of Stroller Strides is free to try! Enroll for any upcoming class on the schedule to start your free week!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. First class is free to try!

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.

Run Club+ (5K/10K/Half Marathon Training) $99Purchase required to enroll

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you want to train for a 5K, 10K, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide guided at home opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your Run Club Coach.

Kickoff meeting: Monday, September 10th, 7:00 p.m. at Wild Pear Running. Meet your Run Club + Coach, review your training plan, set goals and meet your team of runners! Come early or staylate to shop running gear at a discount from our friends at Wild Pear Running.

8 week training plan begins week of September 16th. Choose your days to run and follow your detailed training plan.

8 week session concludes with the Purple Monkey Fun Run at Alvin High School on November 10th. (Race fee not included in registration)

Run Club + is open to moms and dads! Significant others can register for half price with partner's full price registration.

FIT4BABY Open House + Real Talk Mom Panel Free

Join us for a free FIT4BABY class! Enjoy a great prenatal workout with other expecting mamas and stay after class for snacks and an info session: Real Talk Mom Panel. Q&A session with moms at different stages of motherhood. What they wish they would have known about their first baby, transitioning to life with more than one child, mom hacks and advice for real life!


Be sure to register and sign the waiver prior to class. Bring water, sweat towel and yoga mat if you have one. Tell the front desk staff you are there for FIT4BABY and meet us upstairs in the spin room.
