Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young children. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

First week of Stroller Strides is free to try! Enroll for any upcoming class on the schedule to start your free week!

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. First class is free to try!

Body Back Transformation $299Purchase required to enroll

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Next Body Back Transformation Session will meet February 21st-April 18th

Wednesdays 7-8 p.m. and Sundays 5-6 p.m.

Initial Assessments: Wednesday, February 21st

Final Assessments: Sunday, April 15th

No class Easter Sunday, April 1st

5K/10K Training Program $110Purchase required to enroll

8 week 5K/10K Training Program open to all moms and dads. Class meets weekly for group runs, strength, core, stretching and running education. Two homework runs will be given each week. The session concludes with a race completed together. Race fee is not included in registration.

Winter/spring session will meet Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. at Centennial Park beginning February 15th. Attend one or both weekly group sessions and complete other homework run(s) on your own.

Session will conclude with the Brazos Bend 5K/10K Trail Race on April 7th

Pricing: $110

Repeat participant, Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre or Body Back member or Rec Center Member pricing: $90

FIT4BABY Open House + Beyond the Bump: Self Care for the Postpartum Mama Free

Join us for a free FIT4BABY class! Enjoy a great prenatal workout with other expecting mamas and stay after class for an info session. Beyond the Bump: Self Care for the Postpartum Mama led by counselor Candace Cudd, MS, LPC.

Be sure to register and sign the waiver prior to class. Bring water, sweat towel and yoga mat if you have one. Tell the front desk staff you are there for FIT4BABY and meet us upstairs in the spin room.

(Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom.
